Gene R. Moses

Gene R. Moses is a 1971 graduate of Western Washington State College in Bellingham, Washington and a 1975 graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law, a member of the Washington State Bar Association and is admitted to the practice of law by the Washington State Supreme Court, United States District Court, United States Court of Appeals, United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court.
 
For 49 years of practice Gene has taken pride in providing cross border business and corporate legal services to Canadian entities from British Columbia to Nova Scotia and international entities with a tradition of business ethics and professionalism. Gene is a preeminent cross border business lawyer who thrives on providing advice, structures and compliance services for international clients. Gene currently represents approximately 400 United States corporations with international parent stockholders in the United States, Canada, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Germany, France, Belgium, Japan, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Australia, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Switzerland, India, South Korea, Ireland, South Africa and Russia.
 
Since 1986 Gene has devoted a majority of his practice to representing international companies transitioning and expanding into the United States market.

Matt Conner

Matt Conner is a Personal Injury Lawyer with proven track record of success. Following his graduation from Willamette University with a double major in mathematics and economics, Matt worked as an economist for the Office of Economic Analysis for the State of Oregon before moving onto working in mortgage banking and real estate. Although Matt would move on to law school shortly thereafter, his experience in the financial sector has provided him with valuable experience in how to achieve maximum compensation for his clients. Matt would go on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law. Matt decided to work directly with ordinary people who have had an injury turn their lives turned upside down through no fault of their own.
